1. Your agreement with TRADWRK
TRADWRK is construction project management software operated by Emerald City Concepts LLC. These terms describe use of our website and software. When creating a new account, you must review and accept these terms and the displayed trial and recurring billing details. If you act for a company, you must have authority to accept on its behalf. Contact [email protected] with questions before accepting.
2. Accounts, access and plan allowances
Provide accurate account information, protect your password and use a separate named login for each authorized user. Company administrators manage users and permissions. You may access only company information you are authorized to use. Unlimited jobs does not mean unlimited user accounts, file sizes or every export format.
- Solo: $250 per month, one named account and unlimited jobs.
- Team: $500 per month, one boss account and two field accounts sharing one company and its permitted job records; unlimited jobs.
- Custom: request a setup by email. TRADWRK replies with the proposed account allowance, setup and price for your approval. An inquiry does not create a paid subscription. Your agreed written order controls any Custom-specific price, billing interval or allowance.
3. Fourteen-day trial and recurring billing
Solo and Team signup requires email verification, account creation and a payment method entered through Stripe Checkout. The fourteen-day trial starts after card setup and subscription activation are confirmed. No subscription charge is due during the trial. Review the exact trial end date, first billing date and selected monthly price before confirming checkout.
Unless renewal is canceled before the trial ends, your selected plan begins paid monthly billing. It then renews each month until canceled. By accepting the billing details and confirming checkout, you authorize Stripe to collect the disclosed recurring subscription charges using your selected payment method. Taxes, if applicable and configured for your purchase, are disclosed during billing. A card update does not itself purchase an additional subscription.
Keep your payment method current. A failed payment may trigger a warning and grace period, followed by restricted editing if payment remains unresolved. Access is restored after payment is verified under the applicable account rules. We do not promise a particular grace period unless it is stated in your account or written agreement.
4. Cancellation, paid access and refunds
For Solo or Team subscriptions purchased through the TRADWRK website, sign in as the subscription owner to cancel renewal. Review the cancellation screen and confirmation for the date your trial or paid access ends. Cancel renewal before your trial ends to stop the first subscription charge.
For Custom plans or help, use the public cancellation request form with your account email, or contact TRADWRK support. TRADWRK staff process these support requests, stop renewal in Stripe and send confirmation. Sending a support request does not automatically change the subscription status; the confirmation identifies the effective cancellation date. Review your renewal date and retain your request receipt. Contact us if confirmation has not arrived or you believe a charge is incorrect. Nothing in these terms limits cancellation rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues through the paid period under the displayed subscription terms. If you request immediate termination, access may end sooner; the effective date must be confirmed. There are no routine refunds for a paid month, except where required by law or agreed in writing. Ending a trial immediately ends that trial's access; cancellation scheduled for the trial end is different. Canceling billing does not automatically delete company records. See the Privacy Policy for access, export and deletion requests.
5. Your project records and sharing
You retain your rights in the files and records you supply. You authorize TRADWRK and its service providers to store, process and transmit that information as needed to provide features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy. Upload only information you have permission to use. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or another company's confidential information without authorization.
You are responsible for checking the selected job, recipients, message and attachments before confirming Email/Share. Export availability depends on your permissions and the supported record type. A mail-server acceptance status does not prove the recipient received or opened the email. Imported accounting records are snapshots unless a supported current reconciliation has actually run.
6. AI answers, drawings and professional judgment
ASK TRADWRK can analyze relevant saved records and requested document pages and prepare answers, advice or drafts. OpenAI supports these features as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Check quantities, dates, calculations, drawings, source references and assumptions before relying on it.
TRADWRK does not replace a qualified engineer, architect, safety professional, accountant, attorney or other responsible professional. An AI answer, draft, sample drawing or status label is not a construction approval, field inspection, accounting reconciliation or authorization to pay. Supported changes require the application's review and approval process. Company users remain responsible for job decisions and applicable requirements.
7. Third-party services and the public demo
Stripe handles supported checkout and payment information; Intuit handles authorized QuickBooks connections; hosting, AI and email providers support the service. Their own terms apply to their services. TRADWRK cannot guarantee a third-party service will always be available.
The public tour and interactive demo use illustrative records. They do not run live AI requests, send emails, post to QuickBooks or change your job. Sample and reference drawings must not be treated as approved documents for a real project.
8. Permitted use and service availability
Use the service lawfully. Do not bypass permissions, access another company's records, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, use sharing for unsolicited bulk messages or impersonate others. We may restrict access reasonably needed to address security incidents, unlawful use or unpaid subscriptions, subject to applicable law and the agreed subscription terms. Contact us to resolve an access problem.
We maintain the service, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free AI answers, a particular construction outcome or guaranteed savings. Maintain appropriate copies of critical project records. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Changes, written agreements and contact
Material changes to these terms or subscription pricing will be communicated before they apply as required by law. The version accepted at account creation is recorded. Posting a new page does not by itself establish an existing customer's acceptance of new billing terms. A separately signed agreement controls where it expressly differs from these terms. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
For support, billing disputes or questions about these terms, email [email protected]. Include your account email and company name, but do not send passwords or full card details.
This version clarifies the existing website cancellation options. Prices, refund rules and access periods are unchanged. Previous version: October 12, 2026.
