Request account deletion

Use this form to request deletion of your TRADWRK account and associated personal data. You can submit here without access to the app. We must verify your identity before deleting anything.

What happens next

TRADWRK will contact you at the account email to verify your request. After identity and authority are verified, we aim to complete the review and removal within 7 days and will respond with completion or specific retention limits within 30 days. Submitting this form does not immediately delete your account or cancel billing.

Your personal account, profile and related personal information are within this request. Shared company job records, accounting/audit records, legally required information and backup copies may need to be retained. We will explain which records are retained and why. A company owner may need to arrange transfer of company administration before their account is removed. Other users’ accounts and company records will not be deleted just because you submit this request.

Deleted information can remain in normal provider recovery copies: our managed database has a 7-day recovery window, and Google Workspace may allow administrator recovery of permanently deleted service emails for 25 days. These are recovery windows, not guarantees about physical erasure. Before a database recovery is returned to service, removed-account and selected-data checks must pass. Minimal account-closure and deletion evidence may remain to prevent restored access and document fulfillment; we review retained records when completing your request and explain their purpose and the conditions for removal. Provider-held purchase history is governed by the payment provider.

If you have a subscription, include cancellation in your request details when we contact you. Do not assume billing has stopped until TRADWRK confirms it.
